William E. Burgess III is a seasoned corporate security expert with over 30 years of experience in the military, law enforcement, and corporate security. He holds a degree in Justice Studies, focusing on Terrorism and Homeland Security. Throughout his career, William has developed strong leadership, crisis management, and strategic planning skills.

He started in the military and law enforcement but eventually transitioned into corporate security, where he worked for major companies like Valero Energy Corporation. William played a key role in overseeing security at their Flag ship refinery and led one of Southeast Texas’ Largest active shooter drills involving hundreds of participants. Later, he became Security Director for Volvo Group North America, managing security for both the Northeast and Canada.
